No. Outlive operates on a direct primary care model — patients pay a transparent monthly membership for comprehensive concierge medicine in Las Vegas, NV. This removes insurance constraints and allows us to focus entirely on your care.
Do you offer concierge medicine in Summerlin and Henderson?
Yes. Outlive serves patients across the Las Vegas metro. We have dedicated information for patients in Summerlin (89138, 89135, 89131, 89143, 89144) and Henderson (89052, 89012) — including MacDonald Ranch and Seven Hills.
Can you prescribe medications or order labs and imaging?
Absolutely. We prescribe medications, order labs and imaging, and refer to specialists as needed using modern e-prescribing platforms and local or national labs of your choice.
Do you offer in-person visits?
Yes, house call appointments are available in the Las Vegas area for an additional $200 per visit, subject to availability. Most care is managed remotely for your convenience.
Can you treat my whole family?
Yes, we provide care for patients ages 10 and up. We offer discounted pricing for young adults and can customize plans for families.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds to cover their Outlive membership. Since our services include medical care, these fees may qualify as a reimbursable expense. Consult your plan administrator.
What's included in the membership?
Your monthly fee covers unlimited telehealth visits, personalized wellness plans, hormone and healthspan optimization, preventive screenings, coaching, and direct physician access. House calls and certain diagnostic testing may be available for an additional fee.
What if I need urgent care or have a medical emergency?
We offer same-day or next-day urgent telehealth visits 7 a.m.–9 p.m. For emergencies, always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
How do I contact my doctor?
Members can text or email Dr. Sheep directly at 725-241-0775 or drsheep@outliveconciergemedicine.com. Messages are usually answered within 1–2 hours during office hours (7 a.m. – 9 p.m.).
What if I'm not happy with the service?
You can cancel anytime with written notice. There are no long-term contracts or hidden fees — just transparent, patient-centered care.
