Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not bill or accept insurance. OCM operates on a direct primary care model, which means patients pay a transparent monthly membership fee for comprehensive care. This allows us to focus on quality, personalized care—without the constraints of third-party billing or rushed visits.


Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for the membership?

Yes, many patients use HSA or FSA funds to pay for their membership. Since our services include medical care, these fees may qualify as a reimbursable expense. We recommend checking with your plan administrator for confirmation.

What’s included in the membership?

Your monthly fee covers unlimited telehealth visits, personalized wellness plans, hormone and healthspan optimization, preventive screenings, coaching, direct access to your physician, and more. House calls and certain diagnostic testing may be available for an additional fee.

Can you prescribe medications or order labs and imaging?

Absolutely. We can prescribe medications, order labs and imaging, and refer to specialists as needed. We use modern e-prescribing platforms like Rcopia and collaborate with local, compounding, or national labs of your choice.

What if I need urgent care or have a medical emergency?

We offer same-day or next-day urgent telehealth visits during our hours (7 a.m. – 9 p.m.). For emergencies, always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Do you offer in-person visits?

Yes, house call appointments are available in the Las Vegas area for an additional $200 per visit, subject to availability. Most care, however, is managed remotely for your convenience.

How do I contact my doctor?

Members can text or email Dr. Sheep directly at 725-241-0775 or drsheep@outliveconciergemedicine.com. Messages are usually answered within 1–2 hours during office hours (7 a.m. – 9 p.m.).

Can you treat my whole family?

Yes, we provide care for patients ages 10 and up. We offer discounted pricing for young adults and can customize plans for families.

What if I’m not happy with the service?

You can cancel anytime with written notice. There are no long-term contracts or hidden fees—just transparent, patient-centered care.

Is OCM available to patients outside of Nevada?

At this time, Dr. Sheep is only licensed to treat patients in Nevada and Arizona. Stay tuned as we expand to other states.
